6. Guest Cancellation/Refund Policy: You must cancel at least 24 hours before the initial boarding time. Ticket are non-refundable once scanned. If the ticket has been scanned and you decided not to board, please provide documentation of non-boarding approved by one of our manager. If the ticket was purchased from an agent or a reseller, we are unable to reschedule but we can proceed with a refund, you can check our refund policy here. If the ticket was purchased online booking thru Big City Tourism website, we are more than happy to process a rescheduling assistance.
7. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL BIG CITY TOURISM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big City Tourism, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
